Sam Thompson
Sam is a trainee international employment lawyer. Before joining iGlobal, he was part of a large multinational tech company, where he specialised in cross-border employment. He spent two years as a paralegal at the firm before beginning his training to qualify as a solicitor. Sam has a Bachelor degree in Law and Master’s degree in International Law from the University of Sussex, and is currently studying at the University of Law.
• Drafting bespoke employment documentation including employment contracts, settlement agreements, and global handbooks for multinational businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions.
• Supporting on cross-border employment matters including litigation, terminations, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and outsourcing.
• Managing complex cross-border projects for multinational employers seeking harmonised guidance on international employment compliance across multiple continents.
• Contributing to the development and expansion of our extensive international know-how library.
