Kristin Price

Kristin is a New Zealand qualified employment lawyer. She holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and qualified in 2021.  Before joining iGlobal, she worked in house in the UK at a large multinational technology company, supporting a global HR platform operating across more than 90 jurisdictions.  This experience gives Kristin a strong understanding of the commercial realities facing international businesses and what clients need from their legal advisers.

Kristin advises multinational employers on the full lifecycle of employment matters, both contentious and non contentious. She supports clients with day to day employment compliance and complex cross border issues, working closely with in house HR and legal teams.

Advises clients internationally on:

• Drafting compliant employment contracts and policies.
• Employment terminations and disputes, disciplinary and performance processes, restructurings, long term sickness and workplace investigations.
• Global employment law issues, including bonuses, commissions, on call arrangements, employee transfers and post termination restrictions.
