Paul Ashcroft

Paul is an English qualified solicitor specialising in all aspects of UK pensions and employee benefits legal advice for trustee, employer and private clients. Paul qualified in 2017 and joined the team in 2019 having previously trained at a London firm. Paul advises on multi-jurisdictional pension and employee incentive arrangements for global companies and works closely with an array of multinational clients.

• advising the UK’s largest mutual life, pensions and investment insurer on all legal pensions matters;
• advising UK trustee boards on all aspects of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes;
• advising on the pension aspects of multinational corporate transactions and acquisitions;
