Maria Oliveira

Maria is an English solicitor specialising in Employment law. She advises multinational businesses on labour law matters worldwide.

Her expertise covers all aspects of employment law, including employment contracts and incentive plans, complex sickness absences, grievances, employee disputes and redundancies/terminations. Maria also provides day-to-day labour law support to HR teams and in-house counsel with multi-jurisdictional responsibilities.

Maria joined iGlobal Law in 2024. She graduated from Imperial College London and then completed a Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law and a Master’s degree in law at BPP University. Maria completed her training contract and qualified as a lawyer in 2024. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
