Julia Jackson

Julia is an English solicitor with over 20 years’ experience in immigration and nationality law.  She has a strong focus on business and executive immigration and has worked for leading UK law firms with clients across the globe.  Julia is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association and has served on its Executive Committee.

Recent experience:

• advising on the start up of a new UK venture for an international organisation including transfer of key staff
• managing immigration aspects of the relocation of the head-office of a multi-national corporation
• dealing with high-volume international staff relocations for major investment banks including for family members
• advising high net worth individuals on migration to the UK with associated new business venture
• advising employers on managing risks associated with Brexit for EU staff in the UK
