Abigail Jacks

Abigail is an Australian qualified solicitor (admitted in New South Wales in 2020) specialising in employment law.  Abigail joined the firm in 2023, having previously worked at Memery Crystal in London and MinterEllison in Sydney.

Abigail holds a Juris Doctor (with Distinction) from the University of New South Wales. She also has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Melbourne, as part of which she spent a semester studying international politics at the University of Edinburgh.

Abigail is experienced in advising domestic and international clients in the banking and finance, natural resources and technology space. Abigail regularly supports clients with a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

• restructuring and redundancies;
• multi-jurisdictional ER and HR projects;
• TUPE transactions;
• disciplinary and grievance matters; and
• executive appointments and terminations.
