Sam Thompson

Sam is an experienced legal assistant joining iGlobal from a multinational tech company where he was an in-house paralegal specialising in global employment.
He has experience in international employment law in over 70 jurisdictions, with a specific focus on employment contract formation and termination settlement agreements.
Sam has a Bachelor degree in Law and Master’s degree in International Law from the University of Sussex.

• Drafting and auditing employment contracts for multi-jurisdictional companies;
• Managing termination meetings in multiple jurisdictions;
• Advising on, drafting and auditing the use of Tripartite Agreements to transfer over 200 employees in multiple jurisdictions from one legal entity to another;
• Drafting and auditing settlement agreements for multi-jurisdictional companies;
• Researching the latest developments in International Labour Law and updating iGlobal’s vast library of resources.
