Workplace Behaviour

Behaviour in the workplace covers issues such as discrimination, harassment, bullying and violence. Employees, at least in many parts of the world, are generally better protected by law from such events than they were 20 years ago.  The global employer will usually want to adopt a best practice benchmark for all its locations but nevertheless faces a whole range of different rules and business cultures which will need to be taken into account when preparing workplace policies and training staff.

We advise and support international companies on their global workforce behaviour policies and issues. Our services include conducting multi-jurisdictional projects covering:

  • policy reviews and updates
  • employment contract reviews
  • global policy harmonisation
  • compliance manual preparation
  • whistleblowing hotlines
  • risk assessments and investigations
  • compliance performance audits
  • preparation and delivery of staff training programmes in person and on-line
  • rolling update services
  • ad hoc country advice
