    EU Directive on Transparency and Predictable Working Conditions

    The EU Directive on Transparency rules 2022 should have been implemented by Member States by August 1st, 2022.  Some have but many have yet to do so.  It is expected they will do so over the coming months. Actions will be needed by most employers.
