Hannah Couchlin

Hannah is an English qualified lawyer (admitted to the roll in 2021) specialising in international employment law.

She studied Scots and English law at the University of Dundee. She also completed an Erasmus programme at Leiden University in the Netherlands where she studied international law.

Hannah joined the firm in 2021 having previously worked at Baker McKenzie, DAC Beachcroft and the Bianca Jagger Human Rights Foundation.

Recent experience includes cross-border/multi-country projects covering a range of employment law topics, including: new market entry hiring, employment/contractor status, employment contracts and multi-country handbooks, employee data security issues, employee benefits and issues resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic. She also advises on discrimination matters.
